Administration Assistant (part-time)

Blue River Landscape Supplies is looking for an additional Administration Assistant to work part-time (20 hours per week).  The hours that are required are five days a week Monday to Friday, 1.30pm to 5.30pm.

You will need:

  • good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • good organisational and communication skills

  • accounts payable experience

  • previous quickbooks experience

  • a high level of attention to detail

  • reliability

  • the ability to liaise with customers in a polite and professional manner

  • a current drivers license
